TO START EXERCISES, YOU MUST:
1. Install the "MAGIC KEGEL" APP;
2. Turn on your phone's bluetooth;
3. Pair the Kegel Coach;
To pair the egg, you must:
- Open the APP;
- Connect the egg with 1 click (the egg will vibrate and turn on the light);
- In the APP, click on the icon in the upper right corner, and wait for the pairing.
4. Start the plan.

PRECAUTIONS
- After birth, you should consult your obstetrician to find out when you can start exercising;
- If you experience persistent pain, do not use the exerciser and consult a pelvic gynecologist or physiotherapist;
- If you have any medical condition such as vaginal infection, discharge or severe prolapse, do not use the exerciser, consult your doctor;
- Do not use the exerciser for more than 4 hours at a time;
- If you are pregnant, ask your obstetrician whether or not you can use the exerciser;

- Before starting, completely empty the bladder;
- For effective results, you should practice the exercises every day or 3 times a week.

CLEANING
After using your toys, you should always wash them, thoroughly, with an antibacterial cleaning spray or with lukewarm water and neutral soap.
Leave them to dry naturally and store them in their original box or in a fabric bag, away from heat and light.
Silicone, Rubber, CyberSkin and other soft toys, must, ALWAYS, be sprinkled with renewing powder before storage! This will preserve their elasticity and help them last for the pleasuring years to come. They are also NOT compatible with silicone lubes! Please, always use water based lubes.
